Basic Sanskrit Course
In this Sanskrit course, you will learn the proper pronunciation of the Sanskrit alphabet and to read in Sanskrit, which is the language of Vedic literature.
The word Sanskrit means "that which purifies." According to Maharishi Vedic Science, the process that occurs from the first vowel "A" to the rest of the vowels of the Sanskrit alphabet and the process of transformation of vowels into consonants, constitutes the process by which nature manifests, transforms and evolves.
According to Maharishi, the vowels and consonants of the Sanskrit that form the words and texts of the Vedic literature are very similar to those of the Vedic cognition and almost the same as the Vedic language, and the total potential of the natural law is used spontaneously in the pronunciation of each word in Sanskrit. When reading in Sanskrit, the impulses responsible for creation, including the construction of physiology from consciousness, are spontaneously enlivened in the reader's consciousness and full human capacities are awakened. This is the whole secret of creativity, which can be used to transform the negative tendencies in the world into the harmony, peace and happiness that we all seek.
Scientific research* on the effects of Sanskrit on brain function has shown that it increases its electroencephalographic coherence (EEG), among other brain benefits. Brain EEG coherence has been correlated with greater creativity, intelligence and well-being in life.
